Since I was a little girl, I thought that bread and bakes were amongst the most important things in my life, things that made me happy.

Food meant sitting down at the table with my parents, my grandparents and my siblings while laughing and exchanging stories. In my sicilian land, bread and bakes are a moment of joy and it’s never the same routine.

With my cakes, I want to bring the same joyful moments to your tables and, either it be a birthday party, an anniversary or a simple Sunday delightful moment at home, I’d like you to taste some of the simplicity that is in me.”
